How much nuts should I eat? Every time I eat one pack a day, I feel like it isn't enough, but if I eat two packs... Would it actually hinder my diet? I wonder if trying to beat my hunger with nuts is just leading to even more binge eating. It’s becoming a worry that’s not really a worry. The path to dieting is always hard and exhausting.
