Recently, I have been taking prescription medication in the morning due to an illness. I was told that it is only effective if taken with a meal, so I started eating breakfast, which I used to skip, and as a result, I have gained 5kg in the past six months. I think it is likely due to changes in my eating habits or biological rhythm. Because of my condition, I have to refrain from strenuous exercise and be careful not to get injured, so I have been very cautious in everything and have been quite inactive lately.
I was told I have to take prescription medication for about six more months, and I'm worried about gaining more weight, so I'm thinking of controlling my diet. Could you please recommend a breakfast menu containing carbohydrates that will help with weight loss?
