Question! Is dieting harder after reaching your target weight?

 

I've heard a lot of people say that even if you work hard on dieting to reach your target weight, maintaining it is even harder, so I'm curious about this.

Looking at the reviews, some people say that maintaining the weight is much harder than losing it, while others say it is better than expected if you just get your lifestyle habits right.

For those of you who have actually succeeded in dieting, which was harder: losing weight or maintaining it? If you have any tips on maintaining it without the yo-yo effect, please share them too! :)

    제 주변에서도 다이어트 성공한 사람들 이야기 들어보면 감량보다 유지가 더 어렵다는 말을 정말 많이 하더라고요. 목표 체중을 찍고 나서 예전 식습관으로 돌아가면 금방 요요가 오는 경우도 있고요. 그래서 다이어트를 끝내는 개념보다 평소 먹는 습관이나 운동을 꾸준히 유지하는 게 제일 중요하다고 하더라고요.
