Will postpartum belly fat go away with a regular diet?
It has been quite some time since I gave birth, but I am worried because only my belly fat remains. I have almost recovered my pre-pregnancy weight, but my lower belly is still bulging, and I am stressed because the waist of the pants I used to wear feels tight.
I have tried controlling my diet and consistently exercising, such as walking or using an indoor bike, but my belly fat hasn't changed as much as I expected. I am wondering if it is possible to lose it with just a regular diet. People around me say that the stomach can look more protruding after childbirth due to diastasis recti or pelvic issues, and I would like to know if this can be improved through exercise alone in such cases.
I have also heard that it is better to start with core or pelvic exercises after childbirth rather than doing a lot of abdominal exercises right away, so I am curious to know which exercises are the most effective. I would also like to know if I can follow a standard diet, or if there are any specific things I need to pay attention to.
