Has anyone tried cutting out flour-based foods for a diet?

Flour-based foods, which are refined carbohydrates themselves, are not only bad for your health

I heard it's bad for the skin, so I'm thinking of quitting this time.

I love flour-based foods so much that I'm usually called a bread lover and a noodle lover.

It wasn't easy to quit all at once.

 

So, if anyone has successfully quit flour-based foods...

It would be a great help if you could share that know-how.

    밀가루를 끊는건 정말 힘들 것 같아요
    밀가루 음식이 워낙많으니 ㅜ

    어우...끊어보려고하는데 밀가루 중에서도 라면이
    상당히 끊기가어렵더라구요.. 저는 실패했어서 아예 못먹으면 정신병올것같은 기분이라 한달에 하나라도 먹긴했습니다..ㅋㅋ
