How do you cope when you crave noodles while on a diet?

Flour, the biggest enemy of dieting!
What are some smart ways to reduce this?
They say to reduce white powder as much as possible when dieting.
I try to reduce my flour intake, but there are many times when it is difficult.
Why are all the delicious foods in the world made of flour?
If I can't quit, I need to cut back wisely, but how should I reduce it?
It seems like every time I open my mouth and crave flour-based foods, my diet always comes to a halt.
Has anyone successfully lost weight by cutting out flour? I am seeking your wisdom.

    면요리 먹고싶을때... 콩면이나 두부면... 
    근데 두부면은 정말 맛이 없던데요 ㅠㅠ 건강한 재료로 만든 다양한 면종류가 있더라구요

    저는 글루텐프리 제품을 먹거나 콩면,메밀면또는 두부면으로 대체하는것같아요 요즘은 닭가슴살면도 있어용!

    요즘에는 밀가루 면 대신 두부면, 곤약면, 두유면, 미역면, 현미면 등 여러가지가 나오더라구요
    면을 바꾸고, 단백질 고명과 저염 양념을 더하면 부담을 줄일 수 있어요
