Is there anything you regretted the most while dieting?

 

I used to think that starving myself or eating only one type of food would help me lose weight quickly, but actually, I couldn't sustain it for long and gained the weight back.

I want to do this properly this time, so I want to avoid methods that are ineffective or just physically exhausting.

Did you happen to have any methods while dieting that made you think, "I really shouldn't have done this"?

On the other hand, if there are any methods that were easier to stick to consistently than expected or worked well, please let me know as well! I am most curious about your personal experiences 😊

    이때껏 카복시나 먹는약으로 빼려했는데 효과 일도없었구요 다이어트는 유산소운동이랑 식단조절이 무조건이더라구요

    제가 한 다이어트 중에 다른 사람이 준 한약 다이어트였는데요
    뱃살 빠진대서 먹었는데 오히려 쪄서 후회 했었네요 ㅎ
