I am considering a diet plan aimed at reducing body fat.

I recently had an InBody measurement and my body fat percentage came out high.

 

I am trying to reduce body fat, so let's start with the most basic thing: diet.

 

I am going to give it some thought. I plan to manage it diligently and put it together.

 

I was at a loss as to how to plan my diet.

 

It's not a short-term goal, so I'm trying not to be too tight.
