I'm on a diet, but the office break room is more dangerous than the refrigerator.
There are days when I reach for it even though I'm not hungry.
So there are many times when I feel like work is harder than home.

- 01CommentsWhen it comes to dieting, consistent lifestyle habits are more important than a single meal. Rather than completely avoiding dining out, it would be better in the long run to enjoy your meals while controlling your portion sizes.200026.11.05
- 02CommentsI think your physical health is just as important as seeing the numbers on the scale drop. It seems important to lose weight at a manageable pace while also monitoring your muscle mass and stamina. Healthy habits that can be consistently maintained would be the best diet.170026.11.05
- 03CommentsI can totally relate to that concern. I found that I get exhausted quickly if I try to drastically control my diet right from the start. So, I found it much easier to stick to a routine starting with light exercises like walking or running, and then gradually switching to a cleaner, less stimulating diet. Let's cheer each other on!611126.11.05
- 01CommentsDuring a plateau, your body has adapted to your current weight, so making small changes is effective. In your diet, try changing the types of carbohydrates or slightly increasing your protein intake, and try increasing your water intake to over 2 liters. For exercise, I recommend adding high-intensity interval running or new strength training movements to your existing routine to stimulate your body. Don't be too impatient; maintain a steady pace and I hope you successfully break free from this plateau!633226.10.26

- 03CommentsMeal times and regular patterns are just as important as the amount of food you eat when it comes to dieting. If you skip meals and eat late at night, your blood sugar spikes rapidly, making it easy for the food to be stored as body fat. Try to eat at set times whenever possible and gradually build the habit of reducing late-night snacking. If you slowly make improvements to fit your lifestyle, you will be able to succeed in losing weight!!!8284026.10.28
- 01CommentsBelly fat is a really stubborn area that is difficult to lose, so it is a concern for many people. You can manage it more effectively by combining abdominal exercises with dietary control. Rather than trying to lose weight quickly, try consistently controlling your dinner diet and doing light cardio exercises. I hope you stay strong and look forward to seeing gradual changes!6734226.10.14
- 02CommentsI recommend consuming a small amount of 100% freeze-dried products made from natural ingredients without added seasonings, rather than commercially available seasoned products. Since seasonings contain high levels of sugar and sodium that can stimulate appetite, chewing slowly and in small portions of additive-free products will be very helpful in satisfying your craving for texture.1754126.10.10
- 03CommentsIt’s not easy for me to check every single ingredient list when choosing things, so I tend to buy the ones I eat often. If I had to check everything while selecting, grocery shopping would be a hassle.2974226.10.14
