Question) I think my hair has thinned out after dieting.
I have lost weight over the past few months through diet control and exercise. I am satisfied with the weight loss, but I am worried because it seems like I am losing more hair than before.
In particular, my hair seems to have become thinner and lost overall volume compared to before, so I am worried that I might be lacking nutrients due to my diet.
