Does drinking a lot of water really help with weight loss?
Since starting my diet, I have frequently heard that it is good to drink a lot of water every day. People around me say that you need to drink more than 2 liters a day to lose weight effectively, and some even say that just drinking enough water reduces appetite and lowers swelling.
However, I generally don't drink much water, so there are many times when I can't even drink a liter a day. Even when I try to drink a lot, I get full quickly and end up having to go to the bathroom frequently, so I wonder if it really helps with weight loss.
Has anyone found that drinking more water helped with their diet? I am curious to know if there were any actual changes in appetite control, swelling reduction, or weight loss. I would also like to know how many liters are appropriate to drink per day, and if coffee or tea can be counted the same way as water.
I've also heard that drinking too much water can actually be a burden on the body, so I'm curious about the appropriate amount. I would appreciate any personal experiences or realistic advice from those who, like me, didn't drink enough water but changed their habit and saw results. 😊
