They say that when dieting, simply sitting with good posture can make your body line look different, even if you maintain the same weight.
For example, even just looking at the shoulders, having a straight posture makes the neck look longer and engages the abdominal muscles, compared to a hunched back.
I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer, and looking at the monitor makes me look hunched from my shoulders to my lower back, which is bad.
