Cardio only vs. combined with strength training… Which one helps you lose weight faster?

I just started my diet, but I'm really worried about the direction of my workout.

I'm working hard on cardio exercises like running and walking because I want to lose weight quickly, but people around me say that I definitely need to do strength training as well to get a nice figure and be less likely to experience the yo-yo effect.유산소만 vs 근력운동 병행… 뭐가 더 빨리 빠져요?

But then again, there are also a lot of people saying that you get unnecessarily anxious because your weight doesn't drop immediately when you do strength training...

Did you actually feel a big difference between doing only cardio and combining it with strength training?
