I am worried about my arm fat.

When I go on a diet, I lose weight in other places, though.

Strangely, I can't seem to lose arm fat no matter what.

I want to wear a sleeveless top... but I'm hesitating because of my arm fat.

How can I lose arm fat?

I wish I had slender arms.
