Sleep is definitely the enemy of dieting.

He's such a sleepyhead, so he sleeps a lot...

Since I have a job and do this and that on weekdays, I just sleep like a normal person.

I sleep like a corpse on weekends...............

 

They say that as you get older, you sleep less.

They say insomnia occurs during menopause.

They say that if you sleep during the day, you won't be able to sleep at night.

They say that if you wake up in the middle of the night, you can't fall back asleep...

 

Why am I not good at any of them???

I sleep more as I get older;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

I'm going through menopause, but I'm sleeping even more;;;;;;;;;;;;

Even if I sleep during the day, I get sleepy again at night.

Even if I wake up at dawn, I fall back asleep right away.

 

The difference is that in the past, even if I slept a lot, I rarely had back pain.

Lately, my lower back and upper back are both numb and painful...

The fact that I feel sleepy enough to overcome that pain....

It seems true that if you keep sleeping, sleep begets sleep, and you end up feeling even more sleepy.

 

The problem is... it's not that I eat more than usual on the weekends.

I keep eating and then sleeping because I'm sleepy... maybe because I sleep a lot

My whole body swells up and my weight spikes after the weekend...

 

After eating and lying down, stomach acid keeps rising and my stomach is burning.

Since the swelling is turning into fat, it feels like it's an enemy to my diet...

 

But even though I know all that, going out on the weekend is just too much of a hassle.

The fact that I keep getting sleepy if I don't go out...

    윽 공감~~ 저도 갑자기 잠이 확늘어서 병원가보니깐 갑상선쪽 문제가 있었어서 피로감을 잘 느끼는거라고하더라고요. 그뒤로는 식후에 너무너무 졸려도 제자리에서 방방뛰면서 어떻게든 서있으려도 노력한답니다 ㅠㅠ
