Will I really lose weight quickly if I reduce carbohydrates?
I'm looking into meal plans to start a diet, and I've heard a lot of people say that reducing carbohydrates definitely helps you lose weight faster.
But I'm also worried because I've heard that if I cut back too drastically, I'm prone to the yo-yo effect and won't be able to stick it out for long due to lack of energy.
I'm wondering if it's better to drastically cut back like on a low-carb, high-fat diet, or if it's more realistic to just reduce the amount of rice a little and eat a balanced diet focused on protein and vegetables.
Has anyone seen results from reducing their carbohydrate intake?
I would appreciate it if you could honestly tell me about your weight loss speed, how you maintained it, and whether you experienced any side effects (such as dizziness or binge eating)!
