Binge eating before period… Is holding back the answer?

Whenever I start a diet, it is always right before my period

I'm falling apart.

 

I usually manage to control my eating and stick to my diet, but when my period approaches, I suddenly crave sweets and carbohydrates like crazy and end up binge eating...

 

I regret it immediately after eating, and seeing the weight gain completely shatters my mental state. I'm so confused about whether it's normal to eat a certain amount during this period, or if I should just hold back and endure it.

 

I feel like if I keep holding it in, I end up eating even worse once it finally explodes.

 

I'm on a diet; how do you manage your appetite before your period?

    생리전에 저도 갑자기 다 먹고싶더라구요
    그래서 조금씩은 먹되 배차는 액체류로, 저당두유같은거 먹고 있어요 안먹음 또 스트레스라

    저도요 부분은 답을 드릴 수가 없어요
    저도 며칠 전부터 매운거나 단게 달마다 틀리게 땡기네요 예민해져서 안 먹을 수가 없어요 전 그냥 먹네요.
