Is it true that drinking a lot of water helps you lose weight?

You know how people always tell you to drink plenty of water when you're on a diet.

I've heard a lot of talk about how drinking more than 2 liters a day helps you lose weight and reduces swelling... I'm curious if this is actually effective for reducing body fat.물 많이 마시면 살 빠진다는 거 진짜예요?

Drinking a lot of water makes me feel full, so I do end up eating less, but I'm confused whether that actually helps with weight loss.

Has anyone noticed any weight changes after increasing their water intake?

Please let me know if it actually had a fat-burning effect, aside from just reducing swelling, and also how much is appropriate to drink per day!

    저는 이게 꼭 그 효과인지는 모르겠지만 개인적으로 물을 많이 마시면 체중감량에 소소한 효과가 있는거 같아요. 아무래도 화장실을 자주 다니게 되고 붓는게 덜해지는 느낌?? 변비가 개선되니까 피부도 좀 더 맑아지는거 같고요. 워낙 물을 자주 안마셨던 사람이라 효과를 본건지는 모르겠어요.. 근데 화장실 다니기 진짜 귀찮긴 해요 ㅋ
