“Quitting late-night snacks is the most important vs. total calories are more important❓️❓️

My biggest worry while dieting is late-night snacking...“야식 끊는 게 제일 중요 vs 총칼로리가 더 중요❓️❓️

I keep repeating the pattern where I open my mouth every night and end up failing.

Some people say you can lose weight just by cutting out late-night snacks, while others say, “Ultimately, as long as you meet your total daily calorie intake, the time doesn’t matter.”

I'm so confused about what's really right...

Has anyone actually experienced both?

I'm wondering if avoiding late-night snacks is more effective, or if managing my overall intake is more important!
