I usually enjoy strength training, but I really hate cardio.
It feels like I'm just doing the same thing over and over. Someone told me to run, so I tried that too, but it's just boring. I have mild obesity and a muscular build, so I'm not slim and really need cardio, but it's hard for me to see myself increasingly avoiding it. Is there a way to make cardio exercise more fun?
