Is it possible for only the body shape to change while the weight remains the same?
I've been consistently exercising and following a diet lately, but strangely, my weight remains almost the same…
But people around me say I look like I've lost weight, and I also feel like my clothes fit and my waistline look a little different.
Is it possible for the body line to change first, even without any change in weight?
I've heard a lot of talk about how doing strength training alongside fat loss results in muscle gain without a significant difference in body weight. Has anyone actually experienced this?
There are times when I lose motivation because I get unnecessarily anxious about the number on the scale.
I'm curious if body shape changes came first and weight loss followed later, and if InBody results or visual assessment are more important!
