Hello
Perhaps because I am a housewife who has eaten mainly white rice my whole life, I found it incredibly difficult to reduce my rice intake for the sake of dieting or health.
I've heard that drastically reducing carbohydrates helps with weight loss and health, but if I don't eat rice, I have absolutely no energy and find it hard to endure the hunger. I'm thinking of switching to mixed grain rice or brown rice, but I also feel like it's difficult to digest.
Are there any alternative diet plans or tips that allow someone in their 50s to reduce carbohydrate intake without burdening their stomach while maintaining a comfortable diet?
I am also curious about reviews from those who have tried alternative foods like konjac rice.
