I'm getting irritable while dieting.

Continuing from last month, this month

Doing the Switch On Diet with my husband

If it falls on a fasting day, we both become sensitive because we can't eat.

 

I think we both got sensitive because we had no energy and were hungry. It’s really hard to diet when I’m this emotionally sensitive.

 

How do you relieve emotional stress in situations like this?다이어트 하면서 신경이 예민 해지네요

    단식을 하면 배고픔 때문에 평소보다 더 예민해지죠
    남편분과 같이 하시면 단식일을 따로 지정하거나, 같이 단식하는 날에는 강도를 낮추는 것도 괜찮은거 같아요
