You should look at body fat percentage rather than weight, but you are obsessed with weight.

In the weight loss process, you don't just look at the weight.

Even though I know body fat percentage is more important, I keep obsessing over my weight.

If the numbers get big, do you get super disappointed and just quit everything? Like, something extreme like that? ㅠㅠ

    저도요 ㅠㅠ 체중보다는 체지방 감량이 더 중요하다던데...
    아무래도 체중이 수치로 딱 확인이 되니까 더 그런거같아요 ㅠㅠ
