저도 배가 많이 나와서 다이어트 해야 하는데... 화이팅입니다.
My belly keeps getting bigger, so I started controlling my diet.

I was really sick, but now that I'm feeling a bit better, my appetite has exploded, so I'm eating normally~~
The weight I lost has come back exactly as it was, and I'm on the verge of a yo-yo effect.
You know how Kim Shin-young appears on TV these days and talks...
I've maintained it for over 10 years, so I thought it would be fine, but
They said it wouldn't take more than a few months to come back...
While maintaining it for that long, you must have exercised quite a bit besides just controlling your diet...
Did my muscle mass not increase much?
My body fat percentage has always been too high relative to my weight...
I'm telling you, it comes back in the blink of an eye!
Plus, you know what happens with age-related weight gain, right? When you gain weight, it just sticks to the places that look exactly bad...
I'm confident in eating small amounts, but I'm not confident in eating healthily...
My stamina is at rock bottom, so I really can't keep up with the tough workouts...
I almost died trying PT and Pilates;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
I know there is no such thing as an easy workout... but what would be a good exercise to build muscle strength with my weak stamina?
For your information, swimming is a bit difficult for me because I have a severe phobia of it.
