My child asks for snacks too often these days, and I'm worried if it's right to give them to them every day.
I'm even more worried because sometimes they don't eat proper meals but only look for snacks like cookies or jelly...
I'm worried that if I don't give it to him, he seems stressed, but if I keep giving it, I'm afraid it might become a habit.
I'm especially concerned about nutrition since they are in their growth stage, but I'm also worried that their meal portions are decreasing because of snacks.
