If I eat a lot of protein, will I not gain weight?

Lately, I've been cutting down on carbohydrates and focusing on protein because of my diet.

I heard that you don't gain weight easily even if you eat a lot of protein, so I'm curious.

I wonder if structuring my diet with things like chicken breast or eggs would be more helpful for weight loss.

Or maybe I gain weight if I eat a lot because protein is also calories...

I am also curious about how much is appropriate to eat to diet without losing muscle mass.

    단백질 위주로 먹는다고 해서 무조건 살이 안 찌는 건 아니에요 
    다만 탄수화물이나 지방보다 포만감이 오래가고, 근육 유지에 도움이 돼서 다이어트할 때 유리한 편이에요.
    어떤 단백질에 따라 다르기도 하네요
