Lately, I've been cutting down on carbohydrates and focusing on protein because of my diet.
I heard that you don't gain weight easily even if you eat a lot of protein, so I'm curious.
I wonder if structuring my diet with things like chicken breast or eggs would be more helpful for weight loss.
Or maybe I gain weight if I eat a lot because protein is also calories...
I am also curious about how much is appropriate to eat to diet without losing muscle mass.
