What are some ways to lose weight without the yo-yo effect?

I've tried dieting several times... I manage to lose weight somehow, but the problem is that I always gain it back.

    굶는 다이어트보다 단백질 위주 식사와  운동을 함께하면  좋습니다.  급하게 빼기보단 천천히 감량할수록 요요 가능성이 낮아져요.
