I really don't feel like dieting these days. So I'm trying to at least maintain my exercise routine.
I usually work out at the Pilates center twice a week.
I do home workouts three times a week on the remaining days.
For my home workout, I started with 15 minutes of cardio followed by diet dance, then 30 minutes of strength training, and finally 15 minutes of home cardio.
I really just eat whatever I want, but if I feel a bit guilty, I follow a diet for one meal a day.
Since I'm not following a diet, my weight loss is slow. Will doing this cause my body type to change for the worse?
