Muscle soreness the day after a workout

If I have severe muscle soreness the day after exercising, is it okay to continue working out?

For example, if you did inner thigh exercises and it hurts so much the next day that you have to hobble around,

Should I skip the inner thigh workout tomorrow?

Or should I take it as a good sign and do some inner thigh exercises one more time? I'm curious.

    운동 후 생긴 근육통은 운동으로 풀어야 한다고 하듯이 근육통이 있으면 휴식하는 것보다 약한 강도로 운동해주는 게 더 좋아요
