Is there a way to manage my weight loss so that my breasts or skin don't sag...?
I'm on a diet these days, and while losing weight is great, I'm really worried because I feel like my skin elasticity is gradually decreasing.
I'm especially stressed because my chest and face seem to be sagging as I lose weight first...
I don't just want to lose weight; I want to maintain my figure as well. I'm not sure if this is achievable through proper management or if it's just unavoidable. I'm also confused whether it's because I lost weight too quickly, or if this is just how it is...
I’ve heard people say that eating a lot of protein is okay, and that strength training is a must, but I’m curious if they actually work. I also want to know if collagen or elasticity supplements help, or if it’s just my imagination.
If anyone has managed to maintain their figure with almost no breast or skin sagging while dieting, please share some realistic tips on which method was most effective.
I'm curious about workout routines, diets, and how to maintain my appearance… I really want to know if I can keep sagging as much if I start taking care of myself now!
