Is it more effective to completely cut out carbohydrates when dieting?

I recently started a diet, and my biggest concern is carbohydrates.

I think it's harder because I like rice, bread, and noodles...Is it more effective to completely cut out carbohydrates when dieting?

People around me say that I need to cut out carbohydrates completely to lose weight quickly, but others say that cutting them out too drastically leads to a yo-yo effect, so I'm confused.

When I see people who have lost weight by eating almost no carbohydrates, it does look effective in the short term, but I'm curious if the results are maintained.

On the other hand, I've also heard that it's better to lose weight slowly while eating in moderation, so I'm not sure which method is right.

It would be incredibly helpful if you could honestly share how much you reduced your carbohydrate intake, your diet plan, weight changes, and whether you experienced any yo-yo effect! 🙏
