I've been seeing a lot of people lately saying they've lost weight with intermittent fasting. Has anyone actually seen results?
I've heard that the 16:8 method is commonly used, but I'm curious if maintaining a long fasting period really helps with weight loss.
I'm worried that even if I lose weight at first, I might eventually gain it back, and I'm also concerned because I've heard that many people experience muscle loss or binge eating.
I am also curious if diet alone is effective without exercise.
