I am a serious carbohydrate addict!
I really love flour, bread, and rice... I prefer rice to side dishes... ㅠㅠ
I like it so much that it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say I gain weight because of the carbohydrates.
Will I really lose weight if I just reduce and cut out carbohydrates?
Eat everything else exactly as you do, just reduce the carbohydrates!!!
