It’s not easy to combine exercise and diet control when trying to lose weight.
People often say that diet accounts for 80% and exercise for 20%. Is the importance of diet really that overwhelming?
I feel like it would be hard to get a nice body without exercise. I'm curious where you all placed more emphasis when losing weight.
