The vicious cycle of dieting and yo-yo effect

My weight drops through dieting, but then goes back up if I let my guard down.

As the vicious cycle repeats, my body type is changing to one that gains weight easily.

I guess it's because I've lost muscle and gained body fat.

My body shape isn't getting prettier either.

Consistent exercise and diet management... I already know the answer, but it's so hard to put into practice. Sob sob.
