Wow, what should I do about this belly fat?

It's been about 4 years since I went through menopause.

Still, perhaps thanks to controlling my diet... there wasn't much change in my weight.

Lately, my digestive ability has dropped drastically, and it feels like I'm getting gas in my stomach.

 

Your belly is sticking out.

It's not like I have any problems with bowel movements or anything.

I feel really bloated and uncomfortable....

 

I wonder if this is normal because of menopause...

My acquaintances say this is just the beginning.......
