Will drinking soy milk consistently be effective?

I have a lot of questions because I’ve decided to take proper care of my hair today. I plan to combine dietary changes with medication and treatment, and I’m wondering if drinking soy milk every day, which is commonly said to be beneficial, actually provides any real help to my hair health.

Many people say that black beans or Seoritae are good, but they don't agree with me.

I am asking because I am curious if anyone who has consistently consumed soy milk has felt a noticeable change.
