I used to have thick hair, but now that I'm in my 30s, the amount falling out is completely different. Could this also be an early sign of hair loss?
I'm really worried about this lately... My whole life, every time I went to the hair salon, I only ever heard people say I had "so much hair," so I always thought hair loss was something that only happened to other people.
However, since entering my 30s, I can distinctly feel that the amount of hair falling out when washing or drying it is different from before. The thickness I feel when tying my hair up also seems slightly thinner than before, and I'm starting to get self-conscious about the crown of my head.
Even for someone who originally had thick hair, if the amount of hair falling out suddenly increases like this, should it be considered an early symptom of hair loss?
Are there any people with thick hair who, like me, suddenly started losing hair in their 30s and began hair loss management?
