Is there anyone who does well with their diet at home but crumbles at work?

When I stay at home, I control my meals and stop eating snacks.

I've found that whenever I go to work, I get swept up in the atmosphere.

Snacks are served and drinks are also available.

I wonder if I have a weak will, but

I thought there would be many people with similar concerns.

How are those of you managing your weight while working managing your weight?
