I am taking diet supplements.
I'm worried that the medicine might put a strain on my liver.
I don't consume a lot of caffeine, just about one cup of capsule coffee a day. Would it be better to avoid caffeine intake?
Or would one cup a day be okay?
I don't have trouble sleeping or experience any effects from caffeine, but I'm worried that taking supplements along with caffeine might put a strain on my body.
