I have very little muscle; would Wigobi be okay for me?

I weigh a lot due to an alternating cycle of binge eating and dieting, but I have absolutely no muscle. I am in my 40s, but I’ve been told I have less muscle than a grandmother in her 70s. I can't control my appetite, and I have hyperlipidemia, pre-hypertension, and a family history of diabetes, so I am planning to get the Wigobi treatment. However, I heard that it causes muscle loss as well, so I am very worried. It is really hard for me because I have no muscle at all.

Can someone with sarcopenia receive Wigobi?

위고비가 아니라도 어떤 방법으로든 살이 빠지면 근육도 일부 줄어들어요
그래서 위고비를 맞으시려면 근육 감소를 줄이기 위해서 생활 습관 관리가 중요해요
단백질 충분히 섭취하고 근력 운동 적절하게 하고, 급격한 감량은 피하시는 게 좋아요
