“There are too many middle-aged women with high cholesterol”… What are the worst habits?

If you move your body diligently... believing in the primary prevention effect of preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, I can't take any medication. I walk over ten thousand steps every day and try to walk almost everywhere, including the hospital and the supermarket.

Women who ignore symptoms of a heart attack, thinking they're just a flu, can be life-threatening.

It's really scary that there's no real way to prevent this and you never know when it might appear. The best thing to do is to go to the hospital as soon as you suspect something.

Question) How can I manage high blood pressure?

The obsession with perfection creates constant psychological stress on the body. First, rather than trying to change every situation, practice a flexible attitude of "it could be so." Force your nervous system to relax by practicing deep breathing or meditation for 10 minutes a day. The habit of looking at the overall flow rather than analyzing details can be very helpful in stabilizing blood pressure.

Raynaud's syndrome, which causes cold hands and feet in winter... How to diagnose it in just one minute?

My dad has been visiting the hospital and undergoing many tests for this symptom for several years, but despite that, he hasn't improved and is still suffering. Especially in winter, when he works outside, his hands become ice-cold and turn white, which makes our family very worried. Gloves don't seem to help muchㅠ. However, even when we buy him hot packs because he finds it uncomfortable, he doesn't use them well, but he does enjoy warm saunas, so I guess that's a relief;; Looking at what you posted, it says you need to quit smoking!! But this person absolutely cannot give up cigarettes... My dad, who has been a smoker for decades and a lifetime, I will read this to him today and bombard him with nagging!! I read it well :D

Question) What are the reasons for elevated liver function and how can I deal with them?

I've heard a lot that people who don't drink much have high levels... These people say it has nothing to do with alcohol~ Check the food or health supplements you eat~ This person was told not to eat health supplements at all... This isn't it either, it seems like it's really a diet issue. They said that if you go to the hospital and tell them what you eat, they'll tell you... Please definitely check it out.
