다이어트를 하면서 칼로리를 줄이면 비타민, 미네랄 섭취량도 줄어들게 되죠
다이어트 중에 근육을 지키는 단백질 보충제, 마그네슘, 비타민D3, 오메가3, 아연, 비타민B군, 프로바이오틱스 등이 있는데요
이 모두를 챙기지 않아도 자신의 상태에 맞춰 1~2가지부터 드시는 게 효과적이에요
