Please recommend some cardio exercises that help with weight loss.

I heard that you need to do cardio exercise as well if you want to lose weight.
I tend to use the indoor bike only temporarily, and I don't really do it consistently.
At least I like walking, so walking and brisk walking are good aerobic exercises for me.
I got plantar fasciitis, probably because I've been walking constantly lately.
The doctor told me to refrain from using my feet too much and not to walk or run for long periods.
It's not like I walk over 10,000 steps; I only walk about 5,000, 6,000, or 7,000 steps...
For those of you who walked for a long time, are your feet okay?
Please let me know some cardio exercises you would recommend.
