Dietary supplements

There are so many diet supplement ads these days that I don't know what's real anymore.😂

I'm having trouble deciding because there are so many reviews saying it worked and so many saying it didn't. Is there a product that actually helped you?

 

I'm also curious if there is a definite difference if I combine diet and exercise.

    역시 식단과 운동 병행이 가장 좋을듯해요
