보통 닭가슴살은 한끼 기준 100g정도 드시면 되는데요 너겟 봉지 뒤에 1회 제공량 있어서 확인하시고 식단 조절해주시면 좋을 것 같아요 저 같으면 현미밥 조금이랑 양배추 듬뿍 넣어서 샐러드로 조금 더 포만감 있게 식단 했을 것 같아요 운동도 같이 하실텐데 식사량이 조금 부족하지 않나 싶어요ㅜㅜ
