Cycling and walking exercises of 12,000 steps to lower blood sugar levels
Date: 24.6.5.6.38 Weather: Clear
Blood sugar measurement: 6.4. Ate dinner at 5:40 PM, and at 7 PM, I consumed chicken protein with my wife. After that, around 8 PM, I ate a few slices of watermelon. I then went to sleep shortly after 10 PM.
And around 4:45 a.m., I woke up and rode my bicycle for 10 kilometers.
I walked 17,500 steps in just one day yesterday, and my numbers slightly decreased.
While walking, I read from Isaiah 37 to Isaiah 42, and I memorize Revelation 8:6-8. I spend my daily routine in meetings, sending Bible texts, and engaging in my daily activities with the Word.
119 is the blood sugar level measured at the hospital.
I walked more than 6,000 steps before breakfast, reaching a total of 12,000 steps by 8 a.m.
Initially, the measurement result was 126; the second time, after walking 6,000 steps, it decreased to 103.
