Actually, I eat soy milk the most among protein products. Regular powdered products don't taste quite right when mixed with milk. It seems unavoidable that processed soy milk has a somewhat slimy texture.
So, the product I frequently use is the protein bar that comes from Post, which is sold at convenience stores. It's easy to find and I don't need to buy a lot at once, so I also use it as a meal replacement. Protein bars are delicious... but since they inevitably contain sugar, I think eating them too often isn't good. Still, I think it’s better to substitute this for other snacks I might buy.
239 calories per 50g weight... high in calories, but trans fats and cholesterol are zero. It also contains quite a bit of saturated fat, carbohydrates, and sugars... but it's probably okay to eat occasionally when you're craving sugar or as a protein substitute~
