Usually, herbal medicine works well for some people and not for others, so it's hard to know before trying it, and just taking it blindly might not be easy.
I'm not sure how much the cost will be, but it might be a burden.
If it's general Western medicine, you can usually expect some effect, but with traditional Korean medicine, I think it's just a matter of luck.
Western medicine diet products are recruiting trial groups, but since herbal medicines for dieting are compounded drugs that don't even have trial groups anywhere, it's a bit risky to go and buy them impulsively.
